Order processing
Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods or when an item requires additional handling.
Separate shipments
Because we work with several suppliers and fulfillment partners, the items in one order may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. When tracking is available, we will send it for each shipment.
Shipping destinations and rates
Available shipping destinations, methods, and shipping charges are shown during checkout. If a destination or delivery method is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship that order using that method.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, product availability, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in tracking information is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at petnestsolutions@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.
Delays, lost packages, and carrier issues
Weather, customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other events may cause delays. If tracking shows an unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us and we will help review the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
International orders
Where international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
