How long does shipping take?
Most current PetNest Solutions orders are processed by our fulfillment partners within about 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is typically around 3–11 business days after dispatch, depending on the product and carrier. Carrier, weather, and holiday delays can occasionally affect these estimates.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is provided when available so you can follow your shipment after fulfillment.
Where do you ship?
Our current focus is customers in the United States. Available shipping methods and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. Items should generally be unused and in their original condition.
